- Workshop and industry experience within welding technology, plasma cutting, control systems, high power electronics or electrical power source.

- Good at practical and theoretical problem solving
- Academic creativity and polytechnic interest
- Self-motivated and sustainable attitude to problem solving
- Ability, interest and will to acquire new knowledge
Other expectations:
Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English. Some travelling must be expected
