Plasma treatment of liquid organic substrate is a new method for reducing ammonia and climate emissions while simultaneously increasing the nitrogen content of organic waste, such as livestock slurry or digestate.
The N2 process and technology are scientifically based, published and patented. The improvement of yields are investigated in field trials over time in several regions, and environmental performance are documented by renowned institutions.

The N2 unit can be applied to livestock farms and biogas plants/anaerobic digesters. The unit requires electricity, air and a liquid substrate, – the fertiliser. The capacity is determined by the nitrogen content and the energy efficiency of the unit, is connected to the N2 Cloud and the operation can be adapted to variations in electricity prices and power requirements.
